  • Looking for a professional in data entry and reporting!

    This role will be primarily responsible for reporting data and providing administrative support. They will provide analysis and reporting to several departments.

    Required Skills

    • 2+ years of data entry

    • 2+ years of reporting

    • Excel proficiency

    Description

    • collects and collates laboratory generated data and assimilates all information into a final report (typing reports in word Document).

    • Create final laboratory reports and send to internal departments and customers.

    • Respond to customers via email (may answer a call or return a voicemail from time to time but extremely minimal)

    • Address inquiries via email (ex: expediting, order status, complaints...etc.).

    • Communicate with operations group, engineering, accounting, sales and management to ensure correct transfer of data/information.

    • Maintain and update information in the customer management system (Lucy).

    • Read and accurately interpret request forms

    • Check order status

    • Provide and update pricing reports

    • Will also handle other administrative tasks given by manager
