Project Management and Planning Analyst - Level 2

Description: Perform a variety of functions in support of the Ogden On-Site Team located at Hill AFB, UT. The candidate should possess a broad range of skills with a financial and/or accounting background. Responsibilities will include the oversight, analysis, integration, and presentation of various financial data in support of contract projects. Duties will include establishing of project labor, travel, and material accounts/charge codes in the financial and cost accounting systems. Organize and summarize labor invoice data for billing the performance of contract tasks. Track invoice submittals and payments to help achieve and measure financial milestones. Formulate project financial status reports to track performance to long range plans. Perform comprehensive accounting reconciliations for contract closeout actions. Assist with the preparation of monthly status reports submitted to the customer to meet contract requirements. Help out with the procurement of materials needed for engineering projects. Support the execution of fixed asset management functions for accountable assets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education

Financial Analysis Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree or higher

3 years of professional experience.

Excellent Communication Skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
