    Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for a position in Fayetteville, NC. Duties include:

    Provide logistics support for the SPEAR Forward Centers at USASOC Units Program which consists of: 1) The complete day to day logistical support of numerous items of clothing and equipment, for issue specifically to Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel; 2) The SSAVIE internet web application (Special Operations Forces Sustainment, Asset Visibility and Information Exchange) used for ordering equipment and managing asset visibility; 3) The use of Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) to assure the serviceability of ballistic plates (Generation II, Generation III, Generation IV and MSAP); 4) SOEP RX support to units assigned; and 5) The processing of Custom PCU for under or oversized operators; for a twelve month period.

    • Must be able to travel 10 days out of a month instructed by Lockheed supervisor (Conus)

    • Equipment accountability

    • Warehouse and supply support

    • Inventory management

    • Non-Destructive Test Inspection (NDI) Support

    • Equipment turn-in and disposal for SPEAR Equipment Training of personnel for use of the SPEAR on-line requisitioning system.

    • Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHST)

    • Process RX to the unit assigned for SPEAR equipment

    • Maintain clothing and equipment records for SPEAR equipment issued to individuals

    Shall review and maintain all individual unit records for SPEAR equipment into the SPEAR 3.0 website

    Establish accurate accountability of all Government Furnished Property (GFP) SPEAR equipment currently on-hand utilizing the SPEAR 3.0 web application

    Identify all equipment shortages

    Perform Routine Maintenance by processing all designated personnel by sizing, inputting, and ordering their SPEAR equipment

    Process and validate all SPEAR requests for the units they service

    Establish baseline stocks on site for immediate issue to processing personnel

    Receive all inbound SPEAR GFP equipment for assigned units.

    Inventory, temporarily store, secure, issue, and input completed transactions on all received SPEAR equipment

    Perform other duties to include, but not limited to, physical inventories, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records (the operation of various types of vehicles, material handling and cleaning of equipment

    Operate a direct exchange for any unserviceable SPEAR equipment

    Perform a bi-monthly exchange of unserviceable equipment for serviceable

    Provide a monthly update to their servicing unit S-4, USASOC G-4/G-8 and PM-SOF SSES Log Cell of SPEAR Equipment awaiting issue

    Out process Soldiers with a SPEAR hand receipt that are leaving the unit

    Package and ship to SOFSA or other designated locations, all used SPEAR equipment collected from departing Soldiers in accordance with best commercial practices.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Must have a minimum of 4 years of military supply experience similar to 92Y Army MOS in addition to the required experience/education requirements.

    Experience using SPEAR 2.0 or 3.0 Program

    Experience using SSAVIE (Special Operations Forces Sustainment, Asset Visibility and Information Exchange)

    Capable of lifting weights of up to 40 pounds and carrying the weight for a distance of up to 30 feet unassisted, Heavy exertion, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and walking

    Microsoft Office experience (2 years) required. Familiar with Excel spreadsheets and Word

    Experience should include support to geographically dispersed operating locations

    Excellent communications skills required

    Must be able to travel occasionally.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Secret clearance.

    Desired Skills:

    Licensed to operate commercial vehicles and material handling equipment; i.e., forklift

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
