Join a dynamic team of People team professionals focused on product management of our core people solutions. The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Workday product lead to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical Workday experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment. Experience optimizing global HR processes and technology is required including deep functional depth with Workday Reporting. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong analytical, project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of deep product and technical expertise in Workday in the area of Reporting & Analytics.
Prism experience required.
5+ years leadership experience delivering full product lifecycle projects with high discretion and autonomy
Hands-on experience performing configuration and report development
Demonstrated experience conducting design meetings with global business partners
Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions
Experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods to gather user research
Develop and communicate solutions and options, facilitating informed decision making
Proven experience creating effective business requirements
Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influence skills
Maintains a positive attitude
Exceptional skills in communication, problem solving and strategic thinking
Thrives in ambiguous work environment
Description
Oversee large scale transformational technology improvement initiatives including leading and driving teams through major technology solution decisions and full lifecycle implementation activities Leverage deep HR, Reporting and Workday expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure. Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities. Responds promptly to emergent issues with a calm, proactive approach; prioritizing solutions that are right for Apple and focused on user experience. Prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with the user community in partnership with cross-functional partners. Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas. Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree is required MBA / Consulting experience preferred
