HR Recruiter

Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter based in Sammamish, Washington. This role is integral to our team as you will be responsible for recruiting independent contractors in 100% commission-based roles. Your role will involve implementing new processes and bringing fresh ideas to our recruiting procedures. You will be leveraging various tools to identify new candidates. This position is part time (5-10 hours per week) and can be fully remote after the training period. Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring

• Implement new processes to enhance recruiting procedures

• Use tools like LinkedIn and other recruiting tools

• Regularly update and maintain accurate records of prospective candidates and hired contractors

• Conduct pre-employment screenings

• Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policy and legal requirements

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Manage and resolve any issues or inquiries related to recruiting processes

• Conduct regular documentation procedures to maintain transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong documentation skills

• Knowledge of hiring processes

• Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting

• Proven recruiting skills

• Familiarity with various recruiting processes

• Strong understanding of HR Recruiter role and responsibilities
