Fund Accountant

Description 12 month booking for a Fund Accountant/Fund Controller to work on an interim basis duties include: Reaching out to foreign portfolio companies for PFIC / CFC filings, Fund workbook preparations. Management company tax workbooks, K-1 reviews, Management tax return reviews, GP tax estimates, California PTET filings, coordinating with LPs and liaise with Auditors for 1042s, filing 1042s. Review fund tax returns, work on GP estimates. Requirements Fund Accounting, Private Equity
