  • Experis, in partnership with a leading telecom company, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process design, implementation, and quality control monitoring, utilizing appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. This role requires a proactive individual capable of identifying operational improvement opportunities and presenting compelling business cases for change, showcasing proven cost savings or efficiencies. The Senior Analyst will facilitate ACH payment runs, collaborating with internal and external partners, and championing ideas and processes to a diverse audience. Key responsibilities include interfacing with all departments, vendors, and customers, building strategic relationships, identifying methods of improvement, and implementing changes in policies. Additionally, the candidate will lead operational projects, manage high-visibility supplier relationships, and handle other duties as assigned.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Interface with all departments, vendors, and customers as needed.

    • Identify and communicate methods of improvement regarding internal policies and external customer relationships.

    • Develop subject matter expertise for complex problems and deliver simplified solutions.

    • Facilitate ACH Payment Runs.

    • Account management of high-visibility, highly sensitive supplier relationships.

    • Lead operational projects - design, communicate with senior leadership for buyoff, implement, track, and report.

    • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

    Education: Bachelor's preferred
