    Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and Executive Administrative Assistant based at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

    What you will do

    • Operational and Administrative Enhancement Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Manage administrative tasks determine what action is required: Calendar and email management, office logistics, travel management and meeting coordination.

    • Support business meetings and events: Assist in preparations for the senior management meetings and providing support for the executives attending.

    • Presentations and correspondence: Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the senior leader.

    • Elevate efficiency and effectiveness of the senior leader through proactive and collaborative identification and adoption of tools, processes, systems, time-management, preparation, internal and external interface support and intervention, and other such support and empowerment approaches, that can enhance breadth and impact.

    • Project Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with other teams or departments within the organization, to gather data, collaborate on projects, and provide results to senior leader.

    • Continuous improvement: Assisting in identifying areas for improvement in processes, systems, and making recommendations.

    • Conducting research and preparing reports: This includes conducting research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for review by the senior leader.

    • Technical skills: Use various system applications depending on the specific assignments

    What you will need

    • Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline is strongly preferred.

    • 5+ years' experience working for Senior leader or C-level executive support/partner role.

    • Minimum 3 years' experience working with the specified software tools.

    Skills, Experience & Abilities

    • Hold professional administrative tools savviness. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams.

    • Excellent researcher with the ability to conduct research, internet search, gathering information, and create reports.

    • Analytical thinker who knows how to analyze data, documents, user inputs, and workflows to determine how to solve a problem.

    • Project manager with the ability to manage projects effectively. Planning the project's scope, handling requests, forecasting budgets, and ensuring the project meets the delivery timeline.

    Compensation

    The minimum annual salary for this full-time position is $71,000.? Individual pay is based upon job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
