Corporate Senior Accountant

You will prepare consolidated US GAAP financial statements and management reporting for the corporation, are responsible for accounting of corporate operations, and will assist in US GAAP technical accounting research. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a $10B diversified Global Holding company.

FOCUS

• Complete month-end close process for corporate operations including preparing journal entries, preparing investment roll forwards, and preparing account reconciliations

• Preparation of corporate monthly financial reporting package communicated to senior management and the board of director

• Preparation of consolidated US GAAP financial statements for enterprise on a quarterly basis and full set of consolidated US GAAP financial statements for enterprise with footnotes on an annual basis

• Preparation of quarterly board slides

• Assist in tracking, researching, and concluding on the applicability of FASB accounting standard updates for the whole enterprise

PROFILE

• BS/BA degree in Accounting

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in public accounting

• Experience with US GAAP, technical accounting, general ledger, account reconciliation, and internal controls

• Proficient understanding of consolidation of multiple entries

• Knowledge of accounting software
