Two of Minnesota's largest banks said they'll reward employees with bonuses and other perks, following similar moves by other big employers last month in the wake of a tax bill that slashed corporate tax rates. Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) will give almost 60,000 employees with a bonus of $1,000, according to a release.
