Lead teams that design and roll out data-driven workforce strategies that help companies use everything from robotics and AI to full time and temporary workers to maximize their capabilities Assist clients in understanding how rapid changes in digital technologies affect their workforce and human/machine collaboration Work with clients to spot the changing skills their workers will need Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation Conduct workforce planning using analysis that takes into account disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies Lead business development efforts including writing proposals and building client relationships Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management Be ready to build those air miles with travel in the US as needed
Here's what you need:
At least 8 years working as a consultant
At least 5 years of large scale change management transformation experience, inclusive of learning and communications + leading large teams. Experience selling and building client business.
A Bachelor's Degree
Bonus points if:
You've got experience working as a consultant on AI workforce of the future implementations. You've got at least 8 years' experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
Talent Strategy Strategic Workforce Design Digital Job or Role Design Adaptive Workforce Strategy & Design Talent Identification & Definition Skills & Competency Architecture Learning Platforms & Curriculum Workforce Analytics You know how to design, develop, and administer HR processes You have experience with complex Transformational Change, Design Thinking or Persona Journey Design You're familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design, and Analytics
