Siemens is operating a global instance for Workday HCM in more than 45 countries and aims to roll out Workday worldwide based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is supporting the Operations across different Workstreams.

Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the Operations Team for Workday will comprise:

• Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches.

• Identify and design improvements within the existing Benefits Configuration.

• Focus to secure global system and process stability.

• Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify valuable Benefits related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management.

• Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owner incl. solution design.

• Actively suport and advise rollout projects of Benefits functionalities.

• Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs).

• Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries.

• Guide Operations Team along operational tasks like Incident and Service Request Management.

• Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework

We are looking for someone with...

• 4+ Years General knowledge across all Workday functional areas (ideally Benefits, Core Compensation, Adv. Compensation).

• 2+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Benefits, ideally for various companies/clients.

• Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.

• Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service.

• Workday Trainings / certifications in focus area.

• Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
