Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Virtual Medical Insurance Payment Analyst for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. In this role you will:

• Review insurance payments for calculation accuracy

• Pursue additional payment from insurance plans through telephone or insurance website communication

• Gain commitment from insurance plans for payment through collection efforts

• Communicate trends to management

• Document actions using clear and concise notes according to developed standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• One year of medical insurance experience required

• High volume call volume experience preferred

• Strong analytical and research skills are required

• Wired High speed internet with 25 MB download and 6 MB upload speeds required.

• Previous medical insurance payment follow up experience preferred
