    USCAN Regional Pricing Optimization Leader is responsible for supporting the Ultrasound, Imaging, and PCS Regional pricing teams. This leader will support tactical deal review of all three SBU's when needed. This leader will support the team to simplify tools and processes used to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities. For that they will execute the pricing strategy across the different SBUs/LCTs & actively contribute to simplifying the execution of pricing governance by optimizing the current quoting tools. Work closely in partnership with the Commercial Operations leaders to drive standardization of tools, and processes.

    Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities :

    • Support tactical deal review of all three SBU's when needed.

    • Lead simplification and process improvement efforts to support achievement of business objectives. Heavy focus on the PCS contracting (MPA & SAA) as well as the Government RFP processes.

    • Actively contribute to improve the quoting experience & measurement for the different internal users.

    • Support pricing policy simplification as well as consistency in MPA and SAA escalations.

    • Drive the regions/markets to work cross-functionally on strategic deals. Support the PCS strategy in the continued transition to standardization.

    • Assist in the development of portfolio management tools to automated deal review, escalations, and approvals.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.

    • 7Yrs + experience in Finance, Pricing, Commercial or a related field

    • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, complex organization.

    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.

    • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.

    • Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results.

    • Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details.

    The salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - 127,500.00 - 153,000.00 USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity ONLY IF APPLICABLE. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave.

    For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $102,000.00-$153,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
