    Job Description:

Our work depends on a trainer joining our team to support webinars and workshops (virtual and on-site) to provide technical training to water utility personnel and water sector partners and stakeholder organizations.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Develops, organizes, and conducts training programs.

    • Contributes to development and completion of training materials.

    • Oversees the planning and designing of instructional methods and materials.

    • Delivers on-site and/or virtual workshops, simulation exercises and discussion groups.

    • Facilitates discussion sessions during on-site and virtual training workshops.

    • Develops measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings, webinars, and workshops.

    • Maintains current knowledge of relevant training and technology.

    • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience

    ? Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

    ? Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience

    ? Required Technical Skills: Prior training and facilitation experience

    ? Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, technical writing, attention to detail

    ? Preferred Experience: Prior experience with water utilities, water sector stakeholders highly desired; ability to train on technical subject matter

    ? Travel: 30-40% travel required
