  • Description

    • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and external resources. Recommends, creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and contractors.

    • Manages training grant application process.

    • Oversees the execution of the required regulatory and annual qualification training.

    -Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback; uses feedback to continuously improve.

    Maintains metrics and report Training KPIs each period.

    -Orders and maintains in-house training equipment, manages room set-ups, supplies and catering for training events.
