    We are seeking Training Specialist at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

    Job Description :

    The Training Specialist plans, develops, manages, and supports comprehensive threat analyses and assessments to inform and develop strategy, readiness capabilities, and existing and emerging threat training based on the evolving threat environment. Creates training development, delivery and readiness support strategies by coordinating threat analysis and assessment services with the USARPAC G2. Assessments will be required at the global, regional, and country levels. Provides planning and operational services to support security cooperation programs and initiatives such as Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives (SSCIs) in Thailand, the Philippines, Nepal, the East China Sea, and other locations as required, including training, organizing, equipping, and coordinating building partner capacity (BPC) efforts, OPLANs, exercises, and engagements. Supports partnerships with foreign nations by providing military and equipment training to enhance PNs' capabilities within each of the GCCs.

    Duties :

    • Supports training and teaching of partner forces in various adverse environments to create a partner force that has experience operating with U.S. military units.

    • Provides After Action Reviews (AARs) to assess the success, relevance, applicability of training and teaching, and any applicable data, trends, and metrics.

    • Provides technical expertise on U.S. space control systems and sensitive activities for planning, training, and employment within the Indo-Pacific theater of operation.

    • Conducts collective and individual training for assigned or allocated Army space formations under USARPAC and recommend that personnel are certified.

    • Develops C-UAS training tailored for USARPAC AOR and incorporate C-sUAS in theater exercises for staff and units as well as lead and plan targeting training and certification for USARPAC personnel.

    • Conducts training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

    • Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for approved personnel.

    • Provides research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, and biographic and targeted vulnerability.

    • Conducts training session, product demonstration, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
