CACI is looking for several Training Specialists to be a part of an innovative and collaborative technology team to advance the Department of Defense (DoD)'s enterprise data analytics platform using modern technologies, cloud architectures, and development of best practices.
The CACI Team is looking for a Training Specialist to support a fast-paced, agile application development team. As a Training Specialist, you will create and provide customized/tailored in-person and virtual training sessions for newly, delivered software to leadership, the team, and customer.
More About the Role
Provide training expertise to customer and team
Create and deliver training material for newly, released software.
Provide training and customer support in both CONUS and OCONUS locations
Assist in developing plans, processes, tools, and techniques to collect user feedback to identify and recommend continuous improvement in training plans
Create, develop, and maintain training plans
Work collaboratively with data owners, end users, and stakeholders to identify, determine, and gather training needs
Effectively present and communicate training material
You'll Bring These Qualifications
3-7 years of user training experience
Experience participating on training development/instruction teams
Experience planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing classroom, and distance learning training, to include instructor products (lesson plans, training aids)
Experience preparing and delivering oral presentations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
Active Secret clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Experience with data management and data analytics software
Experience with Qlik, Tableau or similar visualization tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies
