Threat Management Specialist, Physical Security

Summary:The Threat Management Specialist will report directly to the Physical Threat Intelligence Manager and will maintain a comprehensive Threat Management program for Huntington Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with Regional Physical Security Managers, and other HNB support representatives to prepare and execute a sound mitigation plan for threats to colleagues, customers and assets.

• Participates, as needed, in activations of the Threat Assessment Team, and provides threat assessments for Threat Management Team.

• Reviews and tracks threat/incident reports and identifies trends and implements mitigation processes.

• Works in close coordination with Cyber and Fraud Fusion leads to build holistic threat picture and mitigation plan for HNB.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Physical Security or Physical Threat Management experience

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership ability.

• Certified Threat Manager (CTM)
