  • Adecco is assisting a local client in Irvine provides support and care for individuals with diverse needs. They are looking for a Talent Development specialist. This temp to hire opportunity and is full time with the pay rate at $ 22.01/HR

    You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and/or 2+ years of working in a career counseling role and are ready to make an impact. Previous experience with workforce development or human services is preferred but not required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for advising, monitoring, and tracking customer participation.

    This position counsels and assists customers with job search strategies, personal career advisement, and training needs.

    • Help customers identify and work with barriers to employment.

    • Maintain accurate and complete records and ensure smooth transition of cases across services and programs.

    • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly with a plan of action.

    • Critique resumes and maintain an understanding of a vast array of occupations/careers for effective placement of customers.

    • Demonstrate strategies for reengaging customers after training completion, show effective use of the standards of the Case Management Model, and the policies and procedures for Career Advisement.

    Pay Details: $22.01 per hour
