As a Sourcing and Strategy Partner in our Talent Acquisition organization, you will bring great value by utilizing your subject matter expertise in finding and attracting highly skilled technical talent. More About the Role:
Source and engage passive talent by researching, creating and executing creative sourcing strategies
Screen and qualify prospective candidates
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates with best fit
Conduct market and competitor research; gather intel through prospect contact and share with the team for action
Create diverse slates and pipelines nationwide using applicable tools (e.g., CRM tools, social media campaigns, hiring events, etc.) to find the best talent that meets business needs
Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within Phenom, our CRM
Travel occasionally for hiring events or other recruitment-related activities
Perform other duties as assigned
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree (or professional experience in lieu of degree)
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (Recruiter, Sourcer, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in core sourcing skills and techniques (job requirements gathering, technical sourcing to include crafting Boolean search strings, social media, cold calling, phone screening)
Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates under tight timelines
Demonstrated ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/customer relationship management) experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a sense of personal accountability
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Strong decision making, judgement, oral and written communication
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with others
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience sourcing for positions requiring security clearances
Experience with D&I initiatives
CSSR (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter), CDR (Certified Diversity Recruiter) or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) certification or completion of similar Sourcing/Recruiter certification program
Ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods and data
