    Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

    About the Talent Acquisition Program Manager Position

    Colonial Talent Acquisition is seeking an enthusiastic addition to our team! The Talent Acquisition Program Manager plays a key role in recruiting qualified applicants on college campuses for employment and running several high-profile talent acquisition programs to accelerate the attraction, development, and overall success of the best and brightest!

    This position will provide full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships, interacting with hiring managers and HR (People) Business Partners, and extending offers. Accountable for filling Internship, Co-Op, and Colonial EXPLORE Early Career positions with the ability to manage competing priorities. The Talent Acquisition Program Manager role is crucial to cultivating candidates with highly desirable skill sets in alignment with our values and competencies.

    What You Get to Do:

    University Relationship Management & Campus Recruitment:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key university contacts, faculty members, and student organizations.

    • Plan and partner with universities to create or promote internship, Co-Op, and/or job rotation opportunities for students.

    • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and workshops.

    • Promote organization and career opportunities at university events.

    • Meet regularly with HR (People) Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for entry-level positions.

    • Recommend and implement approach to attract early career talent, including partnering with the communications team on social media campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and networking events.

    • Successfully identify and recruit early career talent for various programs and opportunities.

    Internship, Co-Op, and Early Career Rotation Programs:

    • Recommend, develop, and coordinate programs.

    • Advise key stakeholders on Co-Op and internship structure.

    • Design, implement, and manage the early career rotation program - Colonial EXPLORE.

    • Onboard selected program participants.

    • Determine success metrics of programs and produce regular program updates and reports to internal teams and external partners.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university;will consider a combination of experience and/or education.

    • Proven experience in university relations, campus recruitment, and talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.

    • Program management experience.

    • Full cycle recruiting experience; and Co-op and Internship recruiting experience.

    • Experience with online job boards, Handshake, and similar platforms.

    • Working with Applicant Tracking Systems.

    • Gift for customer service and delivery on time.

    • High level of follow-through and attention to detail.

    • Ability to influence, consult, and persuade.

    • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.

    • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
