    We are in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Dallas. The successful applicant will provide crucial support to our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role operates within the human resources industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate interview schedules seamlessly utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools, ensuring candidates experience a smooth process.

    • Handle all aspects of candidate travel, including booking and reimbursement processes, to ensure a comfortable journey.

    • Extend a warm welcome to candidates at our Dallas office, conducting engaging tours and overseeing interview day activities to ensure a positive experience.

    • Ensure proactive communication with candidates via the ATS, keeping them informed throughout the interview process.

    • Manage the processing of background checks and monitor their completion within the ATS to ensure timeliness.

    • Collaborate closely with our Recruiters to ensure a cohesive candidate experience.

    • Equip interviewers with all necessary information about upcoming interviews and candidate visits.

    • Regularly review and update ATS data to maintain data integrity.

    • Produce basic reports using the ATS and other tools to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Contribute to various People & Culture initiatives as required.

    Requirements - Proficiency in human resources administration

    • Experience with coordinating meetings and travel arrangements

    • Ability to handle internal and external communications effectively

    • Background in talent acquisition and applicant track systems

    • Solid understanding of internal reporting procedures

    • Familiarity with conducting background checks

    • Proven time management skills

    • Experience with data input tasks

    • Ability to schedule interviews and manage on-site visitors

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred

    • Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
