    Work you'll do

    Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support the OHR Strategic Recruiting and Hiring Team.

    Provide support to the OHR Strategic Recruiting and Hirings Team with a focus on developing a Recruiting and Hiring Strategy. Expected tasks include: identification and assessment of industry/government best practices, data collection and assessment, development of strategic recruiting and hiring plan, strategic communications, and change management activities.

    Responsibilities could include but are not limited to

    • Review and assess current OHR Recruiting and Hiring processes

    • Data collection via surveys, focus groups, and interviews, as needed, to gather best practices to inform overall strategic plan

    • Engagement with Career Fields and Organizations to assess current recruiting and hiring activities leverages across the Agency

    • Develop Recruiting and Hiring Strategy to inform future OHR activities

    • Future workforce planning and development of a workforce skills inventory

    • Developing information briefs, white papers, and/or decision briefs to support key strategic recruiting and hiring initiatives

    • Conduct data analysis and reporting

    • Update and maintain all standard operating procedures

    • Regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

    • 5+ years of Human Capital related experience

    • 2+ years of talent delivery related experience

    • Ability to work full time in SCIF environments in the DMV area.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent

    • Project management, planning, implementation, performance metrics and reporting

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

    • Knowledge of government organizations and/or government human resource
