onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of planning team's systems & processes. A successful Supply Chain Analyst will enhance reporting, improve business processes, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to

• Work within multiple systems using your combined knowledge of coding, analytics & communication skills to provide insight to executive leadership team and drive actionable results

• Support planners & executive leadership with accurate information from planning systems

• Identify opportunities to improve systems & processes to deliver information with greater accuracy and timeliness. Ability to establish timeline, milestones & identify barriers is key

• Develop, analyze & interpret KPIs, metrics and reporting that provides insight into global business objectives

• Document business processes and provide training to global team when needed

• Prepare ad-hoc reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
