    Summer HR Internship Opportunity at ProAmpac

    Are you passionate about human resources, technology, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture? ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for a summer internship position in our HR department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, with a special focus on an e-filing project and enhancing new hire onboarding processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with HR team members to implement an e-filing project aimed at streamlining document management processes.

    • Analyze current new hire onboarding procedures and identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance the workflow of new hires integrating into ProAmpac.

    • Assist in the execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

    • Provide administrative support to various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and propose efficient solutions.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
