    About the Role

    The Subrogation Recovery Analyst (Remote, Work-From-Home) will assess potential liens and negotiate reimbursements from liable parties (3rd party insurance, 1st party insurance, etc.) on behalf of health insurance plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively working on an inventory of cases involving health plan reimbursement from various liable parties.

    • Making outbound calls and communicating with attorneys, insurance adjusters, health providers and health plan members.

    • Responding to and submitting requests for information and documentation relating to healthcare recovery rights.

    • Applying in-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to healthcare recovery rights.

    • Negotiating resolution of health plan reimbursement rights using training and guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Be available to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    • Be comfortable with a heavy amount of professional, unscripted, outbound/inbound phone communications.

    • Experience negotiating and making quick decisions.

    • Be able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

    • Possess great prioritization and multi-tasking skills while having a high attention to detail.

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification/studies preferred, not required .

    • Experience with subrogation/lien resolution desired, not required .

    • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
