    The Intelligence Analysis Mission Integration Department (N442) is seeking a strategic resource analyst to support our counterintelligence mission within the National Intelligence Program. The Mission Integration Department develops strategies, policies, technical analyses, and tools to enhance the nation's counterintelligence, counter-insider threat, and counterproliferation mission sponsors. The work requires operating with the senior levels of government, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community, particularly the partners and stakeholders in the counterintelligence mission.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    This position involves providing support to the sponsor in the planning and execution of the Directorate's budget and execution, determining mission requirements, proposing allocation of resources between competing demands, and working with senior intelligence officials to make sure critical mission requirements are funded and properly executed. The sponsor requires trusted agents to perform budget and resource analysis and provide unbiased and independent recommendations for programming resources to achieve plan objectives.

    • Review and understand budget exhibits.

    • Leverage existing IT systems to collect, monitor, and analyze current budget allocations.

    • Provide clear, concise, and unbiased recommendations in support of MCD, Center, or interagency deliberations.

    • Deliver analysis results and recommendations within these MCD products: Congressional Budget Justification documents and supporting analyses, Acquisition planning, Budget execution and trend reporting/analyses, Contract analyses, Contract documentation, Contract competition, Contractor Resource analyses, Policy analyses, Programmatic budget support and analyses, and briefing materials.

    • Provide input to Acquisition planning and support the generation of acquisition artifacts.

    • Provide analysis and assessment of technical and programmatic baselines to ensure closure with directorate needs/requirements implementation.

    • Build out project roadmaps, spend plans, and other artifacts.

    • Performance of programmatic risk assessments and the development of mitigation recommendations.

    • The assessment of policy changes and/or technology insertion on the current program baselines (technical and programmatic).

    Basic Qualifications

    • Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with current polygraph.

    • Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience

    • Experience with government budget systems and processes

    • This position requires a minimum of 5 days a week on-site.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or related field

    • Experience with the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), the National Intelligence Programs (NIP), or Military Intelligence Programs (MIP)

    • 2+ years of experience with government budget systems and processes

    • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
