    In this crucial role, you will be supporting the planning, designing, executing, and reporting of our internal audit activities for technology and cybersecurity audits.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Assist in the planning, designing, executing, and reporting of technology and cybersecurity audits under the supervision of an audit manager.

    • Evaluate our internal controls and frameworks.

    • Assist with reporting findings to senior management with your recommendations.

    • Work closely with the audit team to evaluate Western Union's business, technology, cyber risk, and our regulatory objectives.

    • Preparation of audit testing work papers.

    • Collaborate with different business partners to establish remediation actions from identified issues.

    Role Requirements

    • Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Accounting, Business, or similar field.

    • 0-2 years of previous audit experience or work in a related field.

    • Exceptional analytical skills with strong focus on business, technology, or cyber risk.

    • Team player with high attention to detail

    • Fast learning and high self-motivation.

    • English is required, including both written and verbal.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Experience and Technical expertise in cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or another related field is preferred.

    • Professional certification (i.e., CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, etc.) is preferred.

    Salary

    The base salary range is $59,187 - 98,645 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (8% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
