    Job Description

    As Sr. Project Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Operations Transformation Director and lead the definition and execution of projects to support our Sales Organization. You will manage cross-functional project teams in their planning, implementation, development, and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional workstream project prioritization and planning discussions, ensuring stakeholder commitment

    • Strategize and design a repeatable project management toolset for use by the Sales Operations organization

    • Guide the teams to define the requirements and identify a roadmap for delivery

    • Ensure teams meet the scope of requirements by completing the tasks

    • Serve as a point of contact for escalation with our internal stakeholders and assist in removal of blockers for your team

    • Monitor overall health of projects within your portfolio

    • Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity, and influence and implement continuous improvements to the process

    • Provide project status on a regular basis to team

    • Participate in internal projects implement best practices, and improve methodologies to support our sales organization

    • Manage Sales Champion program logistics, execution, and project management needs

    • Develop Sales enablement playbook for system and process changes to be used by the Sales Operations organization

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • HS diploma or GED AND at least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Project Management

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience

    • Be comfortable navigating handling risks, and shifting gears as needed

    • Demonstrate ability in change management

    • Have experience in Agile processes and methodologies

    • Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams

    • Demonstrate leadership skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication skills

    • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget

    • Proficient with business process, operations and metrics definition best practices

    • Detail and action-oriented self-starter

    Compensation and rewards

    • The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills and education, and work location.

    • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.

    • We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
