    About the role

    The purpose of this position is to craft, analyze and provide complex reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.

    What you'll do

    • Designs, generates, reviews and implements complex reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.

    • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as the need arises to improve accuracy, usefulness and access.

    • Collects and rationalizes complex data from multiple sources and uses to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s). Ensures data integrity and accuracy.

    • Coordinates with global sourcing team and peers to aggregate data align reporting.

    • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.

    • Acts as project lead, including supervisory and/or managerial activities, in the coordination of the procurement team to efficiently complete specified projects.

    • Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.

    • Develops scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow). Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University. Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to efficiently present information.

    • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

    • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Proven understanding of database design and relational database principles and practices. Understanding of administration of databases in software development.
