Sr. Financial Data Analyst

Description

Orlando company is looking for a Sr. Financial Data Analyst. The company is looking for a minimum of 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Data Analyst will include, but not limited to the following.

• Create and update weekly and monthly sales, cash flow, and profitability reporting for management team.

• Prepares financial analysis such as sales trends, financial and expense performance, return on investment, and other opportunities.

• Provide data analysis to determine the financial impact of proposed business initiatives.

• Manage, track, and monitor spend across all categories; perform market and trend analysis.

• Analyze procurement data and provide insights to support negotiation strategies.

• Build out and maintain reporting dashboards to report progress and identify improvement opportunities.

• Produce detailed, bottom-up budgets and forecasts to support short-term and long-term strategic planning.

• Respond to requests for data and analysis to support business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

• Performs ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and other department support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience.

• Analytical problem solving skills.

• Collaboration/Teamwork - build relationships across departments
