  • The Senior Specialist of Culture, DEI, Engagement will work directly with the Senior Manager for Culture, DEI, Engagement to stand up a change management center of excellence and guide enterprise-wide project teams on change management best practices. This person should have a strong foundation in change management and experience leading change management projects for large organizations. The focus for this role will be building out the change management center of excellence model that is a best fit to Paycom's culture and advise and support project teams who need change management support. You will aid Paycom in ensuring important enterprise initiatives are successfully launched, adopted by employees and sustained leading to more-on time project deadlines and less resistance to key projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with stakeholders to design change management center of excellence which includes service model for enterprise projects as well as self-service resources.

    • Provides change management coaching and advising to enterprise change project teams.

    • Manages a portfolio of projects and reports.

    • Ensures timely delivery of projects; on time, on scope and on budget.

    • Presents on change management best practices.

    • Builds and manages a change management champion program/network.

    • Communicate resource needs across all groups and recommend a plan to fill resource and skill gaps.

    • Develop long-term relationships with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure best implementation practices are being demonstrated.

    • Lead efforts to collaborate with internal teams to produce training products and services that improve business processes.

    Qualifications

    Education/Certification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience leading a team or projects related to process and change management improvements or deployment of technical solutions required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Certification:

    • PROSCI Change Management Certification

    • PMP Certification

    • Change Management Certification

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Understanding of solution architecture, technical integration architecture methodologies

    • Knowledge of change management process (PROSCI preferred)

    • Knowledge of project management principles

    • A results-oriented approach to addressing client needs

    • Comfortable in fast paced environment

    • Collaborative leader-able to give and take feedback

    • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with others
