    Position Description:

    This is an excellent opportunity for a banking/wealth expert to join a global consulting company, yet work primarily in the NY, NY, PA, CT areas. You will join a growing team of banking and wealth experts, who already provide expertise and consulting support to some of the world's largest and most prestigious financial institutions. You will have the opportunity to influence wealth strategies, solutions, and implementation of power wealth solutions, as well as wealth applications developed within CGI. You will influence the delivery of wealth services and solutions. CGI is a member-owned company, and you join other members as CGI continues to grow.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Candidate will be a wealth domain expert within the overall banking team, and will support consulting and product strategy and solution implementation. The candidate may support sales, but will primarily be in a delivery role. Activities will include:

    • Providing wealth domain expertise within the team and to clients

    • Help to develop and deliver solutions to wealth clients

    • Become an expert in CGI wealth products (for sales support and delivery support)

    • Provide strategic consulting on wealth topics to clients

    • Help to design and implement wealth solutions

    • Provide delivery leadership and guidance as wealth solutions are introduced in client environments

    • Be client facing in a leadership role, a delivery role and more.

    • Present strategies, ideas, solutions and more to clients

    • Mentor junior banking/wealth team members

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    • 10+ of financial services experience, preferably in a wealth domain area

    • Deep understanding of portfolio management (Accounting, Trading, Fees, Performance, Reporting) tools and processes

    • Understanding of REP as Portfolio Manager including the roles, activities, work processes, and tools

    • Familiar with IPS and Portfolio construction roles, activities, work processes, and tools

    • Thorough understanding of the portfolio construction process and how advisors evaluate and deploy investment solutions

    • Strong understanding of the RIA business model and wealth management advice process

    • Consulting experience participating in, managing, and provide expertise in client consulting engagements (strategy, business solution implementation, client management

    • Familiar with the competitive landscape (consulting) and supporting technology landscape

    Candidate should have a strong and varied background in wealth management consulting, applications, and more.

    • BS/BA in computer science, business administration or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Developed and successfully executed product and go-to-market strategies within the Financial Services industry.

    • Client facing with excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills

    • Excellent people and management skills to interact with clients, colleagues and cross-functional teams, as well as third parties.

    • Strong and consistent communication and presentation skills

    Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree
