    Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will develop and mature new digital product capabilities as part of the highly visible Operations DTI - Quality Team.

    • Be an interdisciplinary team member who is innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

    • Build and maintain product requirements for life cycle management, as well as create and maintain prioritized user stories backlog in partnership with product owner and business teams.

    • Identify business requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.

    • Bring product capabilities to life by translating concepts and ideas to software features.

    • Continuously advance team and stakeholder adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

    • Work closely in a client-facing role with a cross-functional team of DTI platform and product stakeholders.

    • Influence the customer product experience by translating data into insights and business value.

    • Assist in maintaining existing models, providing architectural guidance, and driving Anaplan standard methodologies for initiatives.

    • Work with Data Engineers in automating and building integrations to reporting platforms.

    • Handle end-to-end requirements for development work, and management of backlog including tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions.

    • Assist with coordination of product team's work when there are dependencies on other Amgen teams or external business partners.

    • Follow Amgen's governance processes, procedures, specifications, design controls, and applicable compliance standards and guidance documents.

    • Work across teams to support the technology stack of Ops DTI Quality Team Coverage, ins support to standard QC and IQA platforms (LMES, CIMS, LIMS, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP and others).

    • Work directly with corporate and site clients in the implementation of global platforms and strategic initiatives within the QA and QC environments.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Master's degree

    OR

    Bachelor's degree and 2 years of systems analysis experience

    OR

    Associate's degree and 6 years of systems analysis experience

    OR

    High school diploma / GED and 8 years of systems analysis experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Direct experience in working in a manufacturing site, on Business or DTI roles.

    • Experience with Quality Control and QA platforms (LIMS, LMES, CIMS, SAP, Empower CDS) and workflow and documentation automation platforms (ie. Salesforce).

    • Strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation, network architecture and how does it integrate to current platforms engaging with clients to establish standardization across the network

    • Experience with laboratory instrumentation and interdependencies between platforms.

    • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and learn platforms, languages, tools, and technologies.

    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with prior experience working with large sets of data to derive insights. Understanding of data and integration (inbound and outbound).

    • Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy.

    • Working experience in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) teams with a demonstrable understanding of software development framework and methodologies.

    • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

    • Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly adjust in a dynamic environment, manage multiple releases at the same level of detail.

    • Experience working in Agile Product teams & DevOps frameworks (Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub) and implementing CI/CD processes.

    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, internal partners, external partners, and executive management.

    • Prior experience with test plans, test protocols, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios as well as owning Requirements Trace Matrix (RTM).

    • Expert in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Change Management tool (ServiceNow), Test tool (Zephyr, ALM).

    This role is paid hourly. The expected annualized salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
