Robert Half is currently looking to add a Senior Accountant to our Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice in Central Florida.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with 5+ years of accounting experience. Qualified candidates for our role should possess solid communication, technology, organizational and analytical skills. Along with accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly desired.

Typical duties include

• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances

• Preparing financial statements

• Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas

• Assisting with budget preparation and preparing the monthly budget variance analyses

• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules

• Assisting with initial internal control evaluations Preparing and adjusting journal entries

• Preparing and adjusting journal entries

Requirements

Requirements for the position

• 5+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

• Knowledgeable of ERP systems

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
