    Key Responsibilities:

    The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions using learner-centric design methodologies within a diverse footprint of the organization.

    • Provide consultative guidance and recommendations using a learner-centric design philosophy.

    • Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and best course format.

    • Design and develop learning outputs that include multiple modalities, such as eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, and blended learning.

    • Design and develop learning assets for in-class and post-class use.This includes (but not limited to) facilitator guides, visual decks, videos, and learner resources.

    • Design and develop evaluation instruments to measure and report the efficiency of training.

    • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with facilitators.

    • Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design materials.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

    • BA/BS degree in Education or equivalent work experience.

    • 3+ years of learning design and development experience.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Cornerstone On Demand, Articulate 360, and creative design applications (such as Adobe suite, Camtasia, SnagIt) to produce training curricula.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Strong communication and decision making skills.

    • Consultative.Reviews data and recommends improvements.

    • Creative and solution oriented.Flexible in an ambiguous environment.

    • Up to 20% travel

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

    • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.

    • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position.
