    About The Role:

    As a CBRE Senior Space Planner, you will serve as the primary point of contact with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.

    This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

    What You'll Do:

    • Track, monitor, and coordinate all large and high-profile non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.

    • Collect, organize, and evaluate complex data related to the client's facility requirements and physical space needs.

    • Complete a dynamic supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to clients for review.

    • Attend meetings with key client representatives and facilitate the planning of space requirements.

    • Review and ensure drawings and related databases are updated.

    • Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

    • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives.

    • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within Space Planning and basic knowledge of related job functions.

    • AutoCAD drawing experience. CAFM software experience preferred.

    • Familiarity with system furniture design and modular furniture while demonstrating knowledge and adherence to building regulations and health & safety guidelines.

    • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
