    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    This role leads strategic sourcing projects for the end-to-end Supply Chain, including Contract Management, New Product Introduction, Purchasing, and Category Management. Responsibilities include competitively sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with department leaders to establish corporate procurement standards for building the 5G wireless network.

    In this role, you will:

    • Source goods, software, and services competitively, managing RFx and supplier contracts to meet business needs

    • Negotiate daily deals and contracts for maximum value, identifying cost-saving opportunities with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to source products effectively and support internal customers

    • Manage vendor relationships and develop strategies to create value for DISH Wireless

    • Oversee end-to-end purchasing process, including goal development, budgeting, requisition, and vendor management

    • Address complex issues, evaluating various factors to create solutions

    • Develop and enforce procurement policies at DISH Wireless, ensuring ethical business transactions and compliance with regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

    • Some travel may be required

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    As a successful Senior Sourcing Manager, you will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in procurement-related field

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and commodity management

    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in the Wireless industry preferred

    • Knowledgeable in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing principles and practices

    • Proven track record in driving procurement savings and building cross-functional partnerships

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Project management skills, highly organized, and attention to detail

    • Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, and office software

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total

    compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
