    Job Description Summary:

    As a Senior Salesforce Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and improving our sales systems, processes, and strategies. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for Salesforce scalability and improved data integrity as the organization grows, identifying areas of efficiency by eliciting, documenting, and analyzing requirements around business challenges. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be skilled at working with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and an ability work with multiple system platforms such as Salesforce Lightning, D&B Tools, Looker or Power BI and related technology platforms (i.e., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Einstein, Jira, etc.).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

    • Strategically analyze, design and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform, increasing user adoption and driving best practices.

    • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, gathering business requirements and feedback to drive strategic initiatives and clearly explaining design options in Salesforce and their potential impact.

    • Develop scalable best practice solutions and manage the Salesforce product road map.

    • All aspects of Salesforce user and license configuration and management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules and public groups.

    • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, security and dashboards and reports.

    • Create, schedule and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and related tools as needed.

    • Engage cross-functionally to help ensure successful acquisition integration and integrity of the acquired data, implementing rules and automation as needed.

    • Create, manage and progress support tickets; work closely with Rocket's IT Business Analyst and Development teams to design, test and deploy the solutions related to these tickets.

    • Develop and implements best practices to help warrant the validity of the Salesforce data to include automation processes for cleaning, validating, appending, and presenting data.

    • Monitor user adoption and system governance.

    • Document technical processes; educate and train other users.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Lightning product knowledge and at least 5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Business Analyst responsibilities, preferably with a software company.

    • Proven ability to think creatively and to tactically partner, engage and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

    • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align business objectives with analytical insights.

    • Organized and methodical with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

    • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.), SQL and Business Intelligence tools (i.e., such as Power BI, Looker Einstein, etc.).

    • Excels in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is key.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. SFDC Certification is a plus.

    Travel Requirements:

    Less than 10% travel is required to attend various sales related meetings.

    The base salary range for this role is $113,123.00 - $141,403.80 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
