  • This is a remote-friendly role where you will be focused on assisting the end-to-end process for compensation and sales quota setting related to the global CE (Clinical Effectiveness) and CSCD (Customer Surveillance Clinical Decision) businesses within Wolter Kluwer's Health Division. You will also work across the business and interact heavily with Sales management and their direct reports to ensure goals and compensation metrics for the sales organization are measured and reported accurately.

    Essential Duties

    • Support the North American and International Sales Compensation and Planning Team

    • Subject Matter Expert for the CE and CSCD Sales compensation, quota, and sales setting process

    • Create and model regional quota and sales goals for distribution as part of the annual quota and sales compensation setting process.

    • Analyze sales, revenue, and expense trends to facilitate improved forecasting and modeling.

    • Responsible for the Month-end and quarter end reporting

    • Prepare, analyze, and present sales information to senior leadership.

    • Prepare information for the sales exception process related to quarterly compensation.

    • Manage compensation and measurement of any Sales and Finance approved additional Sales incentive Plans.

    • Maintain the Xactly compensation reporting tool for quota and compensation reporting.

    • Anticipate opportunities and risks related to any changes in compensation changes and effectively communicate to senior leadership.

    • Assist Sales leadership to provide support related to but not limited to sales reporting, compensation and quota setting.

    • Review and Validate Sales Reporting with the Sales Operations Team and the Sales team.

    • Ad-hoc projects supporting different initiatives including further data enhancements.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation.

    • Advanced skills in Excel

    • Ability to solve complex problems and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

    • Works independently with minimal guidance.

    • Impacts a range of project activities within own team and other related teams, acts as a resource for colleagues.

    • Travel will be minimal (approximately twice a year for team meetings).

    Preferred skills:

    • Proficient in Xactly Incent, Salesforce, and Power BI
