    Job Description

    Turner & Townsend's Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler in NYC to join our growing and fun team. Be advised that the incumbent needs to work in the office 2 days out of the week.

    • Support the Schedule Lead with the management of planning activities and reporting requirements so there is effective development, integration, quality and reporting of all levels of the schedules.

    • Develop, coordinate, and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates throughout the design and construction phases.

    • Conduct and co-ordinate reviews of Consultants, Contractors, and Vendor schedules to ensure plans are realistic and achievable, providing detailed analysis and comments on these schedules.

    • Prepare schedule risk analysis to forecast contingencies. Provide recommendations for increased schedule reliability and identify longest path and critical schedule items.

    • Prepare and issue schedule analysis narratives and reports including recommendations for corrective actions that are used by project teams to manage the work.

    • Apply practical field experience with planning and scheduling knowledge to identify challenges to the project schedule and suggest mitigation plans and prepare recovery schedules.

    • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with departmental management and project team leads, and external stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with the Functional Unit Leads Partner with the Heads of Reporting, Risk Management and Cost to establish a collaborative process to provide accurate and integrated change, schedule, cost, and risk data to allow effective Performance Controls including the provision of easily accessible and trustworthy reports to advise on performance, progress, and mitigating actions.

    • Develop, implement and utilize standard and project-specific planning and scheduling procedures in accordance with the enterprise and project requirements and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

    • 7 years or more of Primavera P6 construction scheduling experience is mandatory, preferably within the commercial real estate corporate interiors sector.

    • eBuilder experience is a plus.

    • Experience with Greater New York City construction is mandatory.

    • Consulting experience is preferred.

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$185K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
