    The Senior Financial Tableau Analyst will be accountable to build insightful financial dashboards, reports, and analytics for the QTS Accounting and Financial Departments. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to successfully plan and prioritize continuous improvement and delivery initiatives in support of QTS' Tableau platform. A firm understanding and experience with Tableau inclusive of but not limited to reporting, security, integrations, and releases is required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

    • Design and develop interactive dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs and performance, leveraging data visualization best practices.

    • Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert for Tableau to build and maintain dashboards and custom reports for Accounting and Finance.

    • Be able to prepare communication and brief at the executive level with supporting metrics and deliverables.

    • Identify training deficiencies and prepare/develop associated material and training plans.

    • Manage stakeholder requests for improvement and issue resolution from all lines of business and customers.

    • Partner with business teams to continuously improve visibility and reliability within Tableau.

    • Release newly designed and enhanced reporting and analytic capabilities to stakeholders.

    • Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through resolution.

    • Ensure the accuracy, reliability and governance of data used in the financial ecosystem.

    • Adhere to privacy and security regulation in accordance with policy.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other related field or equivalent professional experience.

    • Three or more years of Tableau experience.

    • Experience with Agile methodology.

    • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

    • Detailed-oriented with commitment to accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Preferred skills should include experience with accounting and financial reporting.

    • Proficient in Microsoft including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI (preferred).

    • Prior experience with Workday.

    • Prior experience with Salesforce.

    • Relevant certifications.
