    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, projecting financial conditions based on past performance and present earnings, reviewing proposals, and preparing analyses of feasibility and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of FP& A accounting principles, as well as experience in working with large corporations. This full-time, W-2 role is 100% onsite with the office located near College Rd E and Scudders Mill Rd, in Princeton, NJ.     Responsibilities

    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

    • Conduct financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

    • Review and evaluate proposals to determine financial feasibility and profitability.

    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making processes.

    • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, to streamline financial analyses.

    • Utilize TM1 for planning purposes and to enhance forecasting accuracy.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in FP& A.

    • Experience working with large corporations and understanding of complex financial structures.

    • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, is essential.

    • Experience with TM1 or similar financial planning software is highly desirable.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
