    The Boeing Company's Compensation organization is currently seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Specialist to join their team in either Arlington, VA; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA or Renton, WA .

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and initiation of change and administration of executive compensation programs, systems, and processes

    • Supports corporate and board governance requirements applicable to executive compensation, including project management and assistance in preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings

    • Prepares the executive compensation sections of the annual Proxy Statement

    • Provides internal consulting services as subject matter expert on pay, job design and classification in business and regulatory matters

    • Advocates, communicates, educates and trains customers on compensation and classification matters

    • Coordinates enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations, and/or changes

    • Supports the development, execution, delivery, and effectiveness of executive compensation programs, procedures, tools, and schedules

    • Supports program design and deployment to ensure incorporation of best practices and compliance

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or compensation

    • 5+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

    • 5+ years of experience with compensation, classification, and salary systems

    • 5+ years of experience in communicating and presenting strategies at executive levels

    • 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, including compliance and regulatory requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with preparing Compensation Committee materials

    • 3+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

    • 3+ years of experience with preparing the executive compensation sections of the annual Proxy Statement

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Typically, 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range: $138,550 - $187,450
