Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

About the role:

The Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst role is responsible for the coordination, execution, and reporting of service specific risk assessments as well as Risks and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSAs) at the Business Unit levels. This role will support the Public Sector ERM team and work closely with the Chief Risk Officer and other corporate functions including Sales, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, and Service Delivery. A successful candidate must have experience conducting RCSAs and other related types of risk assessments and consider regulatory applicability and impact to the assigned business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop roadmap for completion of RCSAs in a 12-month period.

• Collaborate across teams and other control partners to maximize capacity and effectiveness of the assigned deliverables.

• Ensure risks assessments, audits, RCSAs, and other ERM deliverables are measured and reported to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Lead projects of process improvements with cross-functional teams

• Self-starter and ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledgeable of Reg E, UDAAP, GDPR, SOC1 & SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, and other laws, rules, or regulations.

• Act as an independent party to provide objective opinions on control testing results and risk ratings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5yrs experience in a management role.

• Minimum of 7yrs in the Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit functions preferred.

• Proven experience working in a matrixed organization, leading cross functional projects.

• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and being a proactive learner.

• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Ability to travel up-to 25%

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $84,125 - $95,000.
