Senior Business Execution Consultant - Auto Operations

About this role:

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems. You will partner with world-class professionals to design and execute solutions that ultimately improve risk mitigation, efficiency and/or customer experience. In this role, you will:

• Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions using data and analysis

• Build targeted insights to design new policies and processes to deliver results tied to Wells Fargo Auto's business imperatives

• Improve credit performance by analyzing historical data and future consumer credit trends, and designing and executing tests using rigorous monitoring and analysis

• Drive stakeholder alignment through data-driven insights, strong written and oral communications, and sound business judgement

• Work independently to make recommendations and implement them demonstrating strong results-focus on both short and long term goals

• Lead implementation efforts for a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, optimizing efficiency, and improving customer experience

• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners across Operations, Risk, Product and other departments Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting

• 2+ years of experience in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
