    The OCI Business Operations team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support cross-functional operations. The desired candidate will have a solid understanding of data and operational business process, including analyzing and managing trends, monitoring KPI, and managing stakeholders across multiple business functions. The candidate should have a strong background in analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI and have communication skills to work with leaders across tactical and strategic levels.

    Business Operations is a team of innovators! We invent new processes and deliver solutions that did not previously exist - autonomy and excellent judgment are critical part of this role. Experience developing new processes and using continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes is critical for the success of the team. As new processes are developed, Business Operations also owns driving adoption and rolling out key change management to a wide range of stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly to support business needs.

    Ability to meet with key stakeholders to understand their business needs. Create process and reporting solutions to deliver on their needs. Use data and analytical trends to provide guidance when required.

    Demonstrate a good eye for quantitative data, and the ability to question data thoughtfully.

    Manage and update business reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed. Demonstrate the ability to automate and evolve reporting overtime as business needs change.

    Support Business Operations Director in preparing and analyzing reports for review with VP and SVP leaders within OCI.

    Support Business Operations Program Managers with tactical reporting and data updates within various OCI Business Operations tools.

    Strong experience working with Excel, including the ability to construct/update raw datasets, build pivot tables, and develop formulas to automate worksheets.

    Experience leading and building change management plans for adoption with cross-functional stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA or BS preferred.

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on business intelligence and workforce analytics

    • Experience using BI and DV tools (e.g., OAC) with an understanding of business intelligence concepts and data visualization standard methodologies.

    • Experience with collaboration resources such as Slack, Confluence, JIRA and OSvC

    • Strong experience working with Excel, including the ability to construct/update raw datasets, build pivot tables, and develop formulas to automate worksheets.

    • Experience leading and building change management plans for adoption with cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly to support business needs.

    • Ability to meet with key partners to understand their business needs. Build process and reporting solutions to deliver on their needs. Use data and analytical trends to provide guidance when required.

    • Demonstrate a strong eye for quantitative data, and the ability to question data thoughtfully.

    • Good communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

    • Experience with Transactional coding or Python/R, but not required.

    US: Hiring Range: from $28.85 to $60.63 per hour; from $60,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
