    CACI has an opening for a Senior Budget Analyst to perform budget formulation work, budget execution and administration. In this role, you would be the point of contact for guidance on budget related information. Under limited supervision, carry out assignments using your best judgment to resolve regularly encountered work problems. Use common budgetary methods, automated systems and computer-generated products to accomplish assignments. As the "go-to" person, you can expect to frequently interact with supervisors, technical subject matter specialists, management/program analysts, personnel management specialists, and other budget and financial analysts at various levels.

    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Serves as the senior financial analyst and staff financial advisor to the PM FPS Business Manager.

    • Assists in administering a complex annual budget; receiving, processing, and allocating funding as well as managing financial execution and preparing financial reports.

    • Reviews, updates, and maintains the financial data necessary to track current and prior year acquisition program funding portfolios and monthly O&O plans for all programs of record within the appropriate financial system.

    • Tracks actual performance in financial databases (i.e., CCARS, STANFINS, ODS, GFEBS, SOMARDS, DTS, ALTESS, AE2S) and other electronic end-of-the-month financial execution reports to plan and update information.

    • Compiles templates required to track program financial data/documentation (i.e., funding appropriated, obligated, and expended for each Program of Record, Quick Reaction Capability, and other applicable project efforts).

    • Conducts in-depth financial analyses of programmatic impacts resulting from proposed technical changes to systems, equipment, and components (e.g., acquisition strategies, contracting methodologies, programmatic schedule adjustments, etc.).

    • Develops POM and budget year documentation (i.e., IOB, prioritization lists, functional support agreements, Spend Plans and Unfunded Requirements (UFRs).

    • Attends financial working group sessions to maintain awareness of DoD fiscal policy and develop a greater understanding of current and emerging policy.

    • Updates and maintains program budget exhibit submissions semi-annually (or as directed).

    • Provides initial execution data, analysis, and updates in support of mid-year and program reviews.

    • Works in conjunction with other financial analysts to research appropriate DoD fiscal laws, policies, guidance, regulations, statutes, and best practices in order to identify risks and develop alternative approaches to address assigned issues and challenges.

    • Assists in the Development of contract requirements, modification packages, and awards. In addition, the contractor shall provide financial oversight of contract deliverables.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline and 10 years of applicable experience.

    • Seven (7) years of relevant active experience in an acquisition program office or similar organization

    • Active Secret Security Clearance

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • Proficient with GFEBS - with an understand of how to run reports and the execution of outbound MIPRS and have familiarity with DTS

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $85,800 - $180,200
