We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Talent Learning & Development to join our team and help us achieve our vision to connect America.This individual will have a passion for facilitating both in-person and virtual instructor-led programs throughout the enterprise. In addition, the facilitator will support one or more phases of the curriculum development and design for professional and leadership development programs.

    What you will do...

    • Deliver training materials to various levels of leaders through a variety of methods to aid in developing crucial job and soft skills

    • Conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content

    • Design and develop training curriculum identifying the internal customer, creating objectives and activities, and developing documentation to coordinate the activities enterprise-wide

    • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback

    • Conduct ongoing audits to leadership development materials to ensure they are effective and meet the overall needs of the company

    • Support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills

    • Support the execution of the company's learning and development strategy in partnership with stakeholders, including business leaders and subsidiary Human Resources leaders

    • Assist in the implementation and communication of organizational change initiatives

    Who we are looking for...

    • Bachelor's Degree or certificate in human resources, learning, and development, or a related field

    • At least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership

    • Experience with authoring tools, preferably Articulate, graphic design, and animation

    • Has knowledge and ability to use various instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and different types and levels of assessment

    • Commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors, and key stakeholders

    • Must have a high degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suites

    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment

    • Ability to travel domestically as required
